\nToday VLCIA’s Meeting Schedule<\/a> web page now says:\n

\n**Please note date change**\n<\/blockquote>\nWell, some of us did note the date of the 14 June meeting\nbecause the VDT published that date.<\/a>\nHowever, nobody said at that meeting whether there would be another\nmeeting this week.\n

\nAnd we still don’t know\n\n\n\n<\/a>\nif they’re also going to change next month’s\nmeeting to be the same date as the Lowndes County Commission meeting,\nlike they did this month.\nVLCIA’s website still says “July 19, 2011”.\nBut we’ve learned that doesn’t mean anything.\n

\nAlso, none of the\n\nfour special called meetings<\/a> are listed either on\nVLCIA’s Meeting Schedule web page nor on its Calendar web page.\nFor that matter, last week’s meeting isn’t on their Calendar web page.\nIf you went by their usual third Tuesday schedule you’d show up\ntonight only to see the empty conference room pictured above.\nI had that experience last year, when they pulled this trick\nof rescheduling a “regular” meeting to be a week earlier.\n
