County Chairman Bill Slaughter, but the taxpayers do not have that packet\r\nfor this meeting that was not on the county calendar until this morning, had no agenda, and only popped up\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/lowndescounty.com\/Calendar.aspx?EID=221&#038;month=5&#038;year=2017&#038;day=22&#038;calType=0\">\r\nonline<\/a> also that same yesterday morning of this Budget Work Session.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\nThis is the summary given by<!--more-->\r\n\r\n Finance Director Stephanie Black; more videos <strike>to come<\/strike> also included.\r\nThe good news: Black said the budget is balanced.\r\n<p>\r\nIf Gretchen hadn&#8217;t been there with the LAKE camera, you may have never known\r\nthey were talking about what to do with your tax dollars.\r\nShe did dash upstairs
