Ms. Paige Dukes\nsaid that Ms. Black should not e-mail me the document, but I could look\nat a paper copy.  A paper copy could be provided to me for $0.25 per page.\nI asked if there was an electronic copy and Ms. Dukes said that this document\nwas not available in an electronic form.\n<p>\nGiven that the document is neatly typed and clearly is generated from a spread\nsheet, I think that it is not true that this document is unavailable in an\nelectronic format.\n<p>\nI asked if I could photograph it instead and Ms. Dukes said\n\n<!--more-->\nthat she\ndid not have someone to sit with me while I did that and she would have\nto charge for the time that a person was with me.  Then she relented and\nsaid that I could photo it in the lobby under the supervision of\nMs. Phyllis Judge.\n<p>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/lowndescounty.com\/content.asp?pid=22&#038;id=122\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none;\"   src=\"http:\/\/lowndescounty.com\/content\/board\/c122\/misc\/powell2011%20smaller%20version.jpg\"><\/a>\nWhen Commissioner Powell was leaving the area, he commented on my activity and\nI wondered why I was told the document was not available in an electronic format\nwhen it is neatly typed and clearly generated from a spread sheet.\nHe did not know why.\n<p>\nThe document is 144 pages long and I photographed it in less than 15 minutes\nwhich is the amount of time that one gets for free.\n<p>\nHere it is\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/govt\/loco\/2011-06-27--budget\/\">\non the LAKE web pages.<\/a>\n<p>\n-gretchen\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Apparently there was a budget hearing last week that no one attended.
