\nJohn, this is the first open records reguest I did with GDA. The rest\nwill be in order of date of the request.\n<\/blockquote>\nThe document Shirley King attached for Item #2 was this\n\nPDF<\/a>\nof a letter\nfrom Joe Pritchard of 27 August 2010\ntelling USDA<\/strike> GDA all employees (presumably of the animal\nshelter) had been drug-tested and were being interviewed.\n

  1. \nAny and all emails and paper from Pat Smith, Animal Protection Dept\nof Agr. in reference to Lowndes County Animal Services. Statements,\ncruelty investigations, interviews and\/or meetings.\n
  2. Any and all emails and\/or correspondence, statements to and from\nLowndes County Manager, human resources (Joe Prichard, Paige Dukes,\nSuzanna Pittman, Mikey Tillman) to the Department of Agr. Mary Green,\nVanessa Smith and Pat Smith.\n
  3. \nAll Complaints to the department of agr. that went through Pat Smith\nto Dept. of Agr. Animal Protection\n
  4. \nAll emails, paper and correspondence from the Dept of Agr to Lowndes\nCounty Board of Commissioners.\n<\/ol>\nthis will be from 3\/1\/2010 to date 10\/6\/2010 including Lowndes County\nAnimal Services yearly evaluations and reprimands.\n

    \nPlease let me know if this is ok…I have never filed an open records\nrequest before so please bare with me.\n
