McMaugh next door at 2761 Alexandria Street\r\nsaid he had sent pictures and paperwork for the Commissioners to look at\r\n(which the Commissioners did not make available for the tax-paying and voting\r\npublic to look at), which he said demonstrate the property is often four feet\r\ndeep for five days straight, with mosquitoes, and he fears dengue virus,\r\nespecially with livestock.\r\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\r\nSpeaking in favor as as usual was Wilmer Calles speaking for his mother\r\nRosa Calles, this time with his uncle Joseph Neice, who said he is\r\nmarried to Rosa Calles&#8217; sister.\r\nThey spoke about the concerns of the neighbors.\r\nThe Commission showed many pictures apparently from those in support.\r\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\r\nCommissioner Demarcus Marshall said he went out there and expected\r\nto see a swamp, and asked when they purchased the property.\r\nAnswer: April 2005.\r\nHe asked more questions, getting to the gist that they&#8217;re out of code\r\nright now and the rezoning is so they will become legal.\r\nCommissioner Scott Orenstein asked about fencing,\r\nand Wilmer Calles said they were more than willing to fence in the entire\r\nproperty within sixty days, using whatever fencing would be allowed.\r\n<p style=\"font-style:normal\">\r\nThe commission voted for RA (2.5 acres) and CON (remainder).\r\n<\/p>\r\n<li>\r\n<a name=\"REZ-2017-03\" href=\"#REZ-2017-03\">\r\n      5b.
