\nSo I said I wondered why the county attorney seemed to be overbudget.

\nThen I got to my main point, which was that the county seems to have
\na number of transparency issues,
\nsuch as

\nthe missing ordinances<\/a> he’d just heard about,
\n
\n<\/a>
\n
\nor Vince Schneider’s Foxborough McDonald’s<\/a> issues,
\n
\n<\/a>
\n
\nor the animal shelter<\/a> issues,
\nor
\n
\n<\/a>
\n
\nthe T-SPLOST list<\/a> that the Commission approved
\non the basis of a one page list of one-liner with no details
\nthat turns out to include things like
\n
\n$10 million to widen New Bethel Road to Lanier County.<\/a><\/p>\n

\nI said I would like to compare the county’s submissions for T-SPLOST
\nfunding to the county’s Thoroughfare Plan
\nand the Comprehensive Plan; if I could find those plans online.
\nThe Chairman said my five minutes were up.
\nI said “Alrighty” and moseyed back to my seat.
\nAs you can see for yourself, it was actually 4 and a half minutes.<\/p>\n
