\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nThey \r\n\r\nappointed Ben Copeland to the Hospital Authority<\/a>.\r\nMore later on why they seem to be doing it backwards.\r\nNobody spoke in the\r\n\r\nPublic Hearing for abandonment of Excession RoW off Payton Place<\/a>,\r\nso they abandoned it and\r\n\r\nquit-claimed it to the adjoining landowner<\/a>.\r\nThen they determined to hold a Public Hearing to\r\n\r\nabandon unopened RoW of Avenue I<\/a>,\r\nalthough there was an ownership question from Commissioner Clay Griner,\r\nwhich County Engineer Mike Fletcher answered.\r\nThey approved in this public meeting\r\n\r\na list of three elected officals using county-issued credit cards<\/a>,\r\nbut they did not reveal to the public who was on the list.\r\nThe County Manager had\r\n\r\nno report<\/a>\r\nand there were\r\n\r\nno citizens wishing to be heard<\/a>\r\nso they adjourned.\r\n
