So I&#8217;m all\nfor outsiders tossing in their two cents. I don&#8217;t live in Lowndes Co &#8211; far\nfrom it &#8211; but I do know how corruption can fester in these rural counties\nwhen the residents choose not to speak out.\n<p>\nKudos to ALL of the Lowndes\nCo taxpaying residents who speak out &#8211; not only for the animal&#8217;s rights,\nbut for their own human rights, as well.\n<p>\nCorruption corrupts. Period.
