\n<\/a>\nOn 05-07-2010 horse was euthenised\n

\nThis 18 month old Tenn. Walking Horse was refused vet care or euthensia\nnot only by its owner but by my Director as well. I was alerted through\n911 dispatch on a Saturday while working. I spoke to my director\n<\/a>\n(Linda) about the colts situation and she advised me she was not going\nto WASTE COUNTY FUNDS picking him up, euthenising him or disposing of\nhim. Five days later with a Lowndes County deputy and Officer Ronnie\nGanas and Dr. Mary Rogers, he was darted (colt was not halter broken)\nand euthenised; Tifton Diagnostic Lab found a high utensil wire\n<\/a>\nembedded in the left hind leg (pastern) which had severed his deep\nflexor tendon. PLEASE REMEMBER vet care or euthenising was REFUSED\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n

\nbecause of money! I did charge the owner and he plead guilty first\noffender in state court. But this colt shouldn’t have had to suffer not\none more day!! Thanks to Dr. Mary Rogers for her concern and the time\nyou spent with this horse!\n

\n<\/a>\nIn the last photo you can see the wire wrapped around the pastern, this\nhorse was allowed to suffer many day even after my director Linda\nPatelski was made aware of his situation, she instructed me to write\ncitations every day (which is harrassment) the point is he had to\nsuffer because of MONEY!\n
