\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nThey vote Tuesday 5:30 PM.\r\nMonday morning at the Work Session,\r\nafter some resistance from a Commissioner, surprisingly Chairman Bill Slaughter\r\nargued for\r\n\r\npaying the $40,000 to match Valdosta on the LiDAR flood maps<\/a>\r\nto prevent loss of life and property damage.\r\nHe even said “folks that live in our cities are Lowndes County Citizens as well.”\r\n

\r\nEmergency Management Director Ashley Tye\r\nanswered questions the Commissioners didn’t think to ask about\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nprisoner recidivism<\/a>.\r\nNothing new about the\r\nREZ-2016-12 Salami, 3320 Bemiss Rd<\/a> community well for a home school science facility;\r\nsee also\r\n\r\nthe LAKE video of the June 27th 2016 Planning Commission review<\/a>\r\nof this rezoning request.\r\n

\r\nStill no explanation of why there’s a vacancy on the\r\nSouth Georgia Community Service Board<\/a>\r\nnor why Chairman Bill Slaughter is who they’re going to appoint.\r\nReappointing Randall Crews to the\r\nValdosta- Lowndes County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals<\/a>\r\nand\r\nPaul Alvarado\t\t\r\nto the\r\n\r\nValdosta\/Lowndes County Zoning Board of Appeals<\/a> (ZBOA).\r\n
