Who owns it? How did they get it? Who&#8217;s the developer? No, really, who&#8217;s the developer?\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6Vrj_UkiFpY\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none;\" src=\"https:\/\/i.ytimg.com\/vi\/6Vrj_UkiFpY\/mqdefault.jpg\"><\/a>\r\n<blockquote style=\"font-size:100%\">\r\n8. Zion.&#8221;\r\nHe can&#8217;t have meant Mt. Zion Road, which is in the southwest part of the county,\r\nnot near the Valdosta City limits,<!--more--> and has no built-up subdivisions like they\r\nshowed on the map.\r\nHe must have meant Mt. The developer is requesting\r\nthat the Board of Commissioners approve a trust deed for this\r\nsystem.
