\nof black males and 16 percent of Hispanic males spend time in prison,
\nwhile only 4 percent of white males do so. Blacks make up only 12 percent

\nWe don’t need a private prison in Lowndes County, Georgia.
\nSpend that tax money on rehabilitation and education.<\/p>\n
