All Monday morning 8:30 AM at the Lowndes County Commission Work Session.\r\n<p>\r\nThe\r\n<a href=\"#LAS-Pump-Control-Panel\">LAS Pump Control Panel<\/a>\r\nis for the sewage spray field, aka Land Application Site: cost $18,500.\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/qpublic.schneidercorp.com\/Application.aspx?AppID=631&#038;LayerID=11201&#038;PageTypeID=1&#038;KeyValue=0204%20%20001\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none;width:300px\" src=\"http:\/\/qpublic7.qpublic.net\/cgi-bin\/mapserv56?map=\/qpub1\/maps\/ga\/lowndes\/parcel4.map&#038;mode=map&#038;layers=parcels+roads+lakes+aerials+copyright+counties+cities&#038;layer=qparcel_print&#038;parcel=0204%20%20001&#038;mapsize=518%20612&#038;mapext=2585805.1204761%20230833.4458678%202594058.6155419%20240584.67942044\"><\/a>\r\nLowndes County does not have a wastewater treatment plant, just\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/qpublic.schneidercorp.com\/Application.aspx?AppID=631&#038;LayerID=11201&#038;PageTypeID=1&#038;KeyValue=0204%20%20001\">\r\nan LAS,\r\neast of Moody Air Force Base&#8217;s Grassy Pond west of I-75 and Lake Park<\/a>.\r\n<p>\r\nThe Update for the\r\n<a href=\"#Comprehensive-Plan\">2016 Greater Lowndes Comprehensive Plan<\/a>\r\nhas gone through <a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2016\/06\/videos-policies-sgrc-2016-05-09.html\">quite a process of community input<\/a>, thanks to SGRC.\r\n<p>\r\nCan&#8217;t say the same for the\r\n<a href=\"#Adoption-of-Fiscal-Year-2017-Budget\">Adoption of Fiscal Year 2017 Budget<\/a>,\r\nfor which the county had\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2016\/05\/budget-meetings-with-less-than-24-hours-notice-lcc-budget-2016-06-01.html\">\r\na budget meeting with less than 24 hours notice<\/a>,\r\nfollowed by two budget hearings that those who attended say lasted fifteen\r\nminutes each with six slides presented.\r\nAnd the most recent <a href=\"http:\/\/lowndescounty.com\/Archive.aspx?AMID=37\">budget document on the county&#8217;s website<\/a> is from 2016.\r\n<p>\r\nThere&#8217;s only one road abandonment listed as such on\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/lowndescounty.com\/AgendaCenter\/ViewFile\/Agenda\/06282016-205?html=true\">the agenda<\/a>\r\n(<a href=\"#Abandonment-of-a-Portion-of-Beaver-Lane\">a Portion of Beaver Lane<\/a>),\r\nbut <!--more-->\r\n\r\n\r\n<a href=\"#Worthington-Triangle-Right-of-Way-Determination\">Worthington Triangle Right-of-Way Determination<\/a> seems to be preparation for another piece of road right of way abandonment.\r\n<p>\r\nAppointments are apparently scheduled for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jason-dove-1440ab31\">realtor Jason Dove<\/a> to the\r\n<a href=\"#Valdosta-Lowndes-County-Land-Bank-Authority\">Valdosta- Lowndes County Land Bank Authority<\/a>\r\nand somebody to the expiring seats of\r\nAshley Paulk and Michael McDowell to the\r\n<a href=\"#Valdosta-Lowndes-County-Parks-and-Recreation-Authority\">Valdosta- Lowndes County Parks and Recreation Authority<\/a>.\r\nCould it be reappointment of Paulk and McDowell?\r\nOr maybe Ashley Paulk, previously apppointed when he was Chairman of the Lowndes County Commission, and since reappointed once already,\r\nis too busy running for Sheriff?\r\nThey already reappointed Michael McDowell <a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2012\/07\/budget-boards-and-abandonment-lcc-2012-06-26.html\">June 26th 2012<\/a>.\r\nIn an unusual twist, staff made no recommendation on these current VLPRA appointments.\r\n<p>\r\nThe <a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2016\/06\/videos-sidewalk-klvb-dfcs-sgcsb-lclb-appointments-prisoners-mosquitos-grants-contracts-lcc-2016-06-14.html\">\r\ntabled-last-time trust deed for a well system for Brookwood Place Subdivision<\/a>\r\nis <em>not<\/em> on <a href=\"http:\/\/lowndescounty.com\/AgendaCenter\/ViewFile\/Agenda\/06282016-205?html=true\">the agenda<\/a> this time.\r\n<blockquote style=\"font-size:100%\">\r\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">\r\nLOWNDES COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS\r\n<br>\r\nPROPOSED AGENDA\r\n<br>\r\nWORK SESSION, MONDAY,&nbsp;JUNE 27, 2016,&nbsp;8:30 a.m.\r\n<br>\r\nREGULAR SESSION, TUESDAY,&nbsp;JUNE 28, 2016,&nbsp;5:30 p.m.\r\n<br>\r\n327 N.
