However, as John mentioned some subjects such as CUEE\ndon&#8217;t seem to elicit the same due diligence in pursuing true facts. The\nVDT continues to support CUEE agendas even though it has been well\nestablished that the CUEE committee did not follow true priority of law\nwhen it ignored the\n<a href=\"\/blog\/2011\/07\/the-qualified-voters-voting-thereon-in-each-separate-school-system-proposed-to-be-consolidated-ga-constitution.html\">\n1983 GA constitutional law<\/a> requiring all involved\nsystems in a consolidation action be allowed to vote. CUEE still persists\nin following a 1926 statute that says only city voters are allowed to vote\n&#038; the VDT continues to support their efforts. It seems to me a failure to\nacurately report all facts exists for both the CUEE committee members &#038;\nthe VDT staff.\n<p>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/witnessla.com\/city-government\/2010\/admin\/county-sups-400k-death-payout-city-council-vote-on-trutanich-grand-jury\/attachment\/grand-jury-in-session\/\">\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none;\"   width=\"150\" height=\"106\" src=\"http:\/\/witnessla.com\/files\/2010\/06\/Grand-Jury-in-Session-300x213.jpg\"><\/a>\nSince a costly voter referendum action has been activated\n&#038; supported by both entities in spite of &#038; in the face of priority of\nlaw objections it is my opinion a crime or crimes have been perpetuated\nupon the citizens of Lowndes Co. &#038; a Grand Jury investigation should be\nconvened to address these criminal actions.\n<p>\n-Barbara Stratton\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Received today on When officials act like they are hiding something, they usually are. -jsq I commend the VDT for its persistence in pursuing requests for information on many subjects.
