Dept of Agriculture Animal\nProtection Division&#8217;s website &mdash; and that part is not accurate.\n<p>\nNeglect and cruelty are criminal offenses in Georgia. The Ga. Ag. Animal\nProtection Division is a state REGULATORY office &#8211; they are not a law\nenforcement office nor criminal investigative agency.
