\n-Susan Leavens\n<\/blockquote>\nIt’s rather hard to read, so here’s a transcription of what I think it says. -jsq\n

\n\n<\/a>\nOn several events I have observed the euthanzing being falsied and redone so the amounts should be correct.\nThis records was redone by Michelle Shultz and she was approved to tdo this illegal action by Linda Patiskie.\nThey both know this a controled substance accountability log.\nThe euthanzing log and the bottles have a DEA number.\nThis act of falsifying records have been seen by other Animal Control Officers\nand Shelter Attendants.\nI do not remember dates but euthanzing logs and tracking\nsheets and work schule and time sheets will prove the falsifing. Linda Patiskie has full Knowlegde and approved this illegal actions.\n

\nShelter Attendents and Animal Control Officers have reported cruelty to\nanimals and abuse<\/blockquote>\n\n\n

\nto Linda Patiskie.\nShelter Attendant Ryan Curtis was beating and slapping on animals that he\nwas euthanizing or drawing blood from for heartworm test.\nThese action was wittiness on several occassions by different\nstaff.\nAnimal Control Officers and Shelter Attendants reported these actions\nof cruelty to Linda Patiskie and nothing was ever done or corrected.\nLinda Patiskie was informed that if Ryan continued his actions\nthat citations would be written.\n

\nAnimal Control Officer R. Mercardo appeared to be upset one day and I asked him\nwhat was wrong with him and he stated that him and Shelter Attendant Jacob\nFox had a an argument in the The Room and Jacob picked up a live dog\nand threw it at him. He confronted Linda Patiskie about the sitation.\nNothing was ever done.\n

\nAnimal Control Officers has been threaten to be fired for following\nchain of command to discuss the problems with up officals. Shelter Attendant\nand Animal Control Officers have been threaten by county officals in the\npast when they would attempt to talk about the problems at hand.\nThey where told that if they can not get along down there they would shut\nthe shelter down and fire everyone.\nStaff are afraid of get fired.\n
