\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nThe County Manager asked for Carter Way to be on the agenda for tonight’s \r\n5:30 PM Regular Session.\r\nAt yesterday morning’s Work Session\r\nthe County Attorney reminded us that\r\n\r\nin a previous episode (March 25th Work Session)<\/a> we learned\r\nthat the Loretta B. Moore irrevocable living trust owns half of the access\r\nto the damaged part of the road.\r\nSince then he’s learned that the trustee is\r\nthe Loretta Anne Ruth, who lives in Panama City, Florida.\r\nHe has contacted her, and has a copy of the trust formation document.\r\nHe says Ms. Ruth has signed an agreement with the county, and\r\nhe expected Charles Cowart of Cowart and Sons to sign an agreement that same morning.\r\n
