\r\nAt the end, there was\r\n\r\nmore from the County Manager about private road Carter Way<\/a>:\r\nthey discovered another property owner (“at least one”) after<\/em> they\r\n\r\nagreed to spend $67,822 to fix a private road<\/a>.\r\n
