In short, Schuster is learning first hand \u2014 just like members,\nthe media and the public at large have learned \u2014 that prying information\nout of [that organization] is usually about as fruitful as trying to\nsqueeze information out of the Kremlin.\n<\/blockquote>\nNo, not that city council!\nNo, not that county commission!\nNot even the state board of corrections.\n(Although some of them might want to try that bureaucratic shoe on to see\nif it fits.) \nSEVERAL COURTHOUSE OBSERVERS say they cannot remember a judicial tongue\nlashing like the one Cobb Superior Court Judge Stephen Schuster dished\nout to the Cobb EMC board of directors before a packed courtroom on\nFriday. Although he spoke in modulated tones, Schuster essentially read\nthe riot act to the controversial directors \u2014 many of whom seemed\nclearly annoyed at having to be there in the first place.\n

\n\u201cThere were a couple of them rolling their eyes like teenagers at what\nthe judge was saying,\u201d said one onlooker.\n<\/blockquote>\nBecause, you know, they are the old boys, and he’s not.\n

\nThat organization is the same Cobb EMC\n\nthat wants to build a coal plant in Ben Hill County,<\/a>\nonly about sixty miles north of here.\nAbout as close as the Okefenokee, which sends its smoke our way on many days.\nExcept a baseload coal plant would be pumping out pollution and CO2<\/sub><\/small> 24\/7 every year.\n

\nDo we want some old boys from Atlanta to pollute our air?\n

\nFor that matter, do we want some old boys from here to pollute our air\nor build a private prison?\n
