variance from.\r\nIf ZBOA published its board packets online, we all would be able to see that.\r\nSame issue as for Lowndes County Commission, Valdosta City Council, and the other four cities in the county.\r\nThey did not approve\r\n<a href=\"#Minutes\">\r\nminutes of their previous meeting<\/a>,\r\nand still no decision on\r\n<a href=\"#badges\">\r\nname badges<\/a>.\r\nThe meeting took
