\r\nIt says it’s a public hearing, but I can find nothing about it on the\r\nSGRC website or facebook page, nor the Lowndes County calendar, nor in the\r\npublic notices in the online Valdosta Daily Times.\r\nThat’s an odd sort of “public”, but I’ll go video a bit and see what it is.\r\n
