The project represents a $1.75 million investment,\r\nwill create 10 jobs immediately and at least 15 jobs after 36\r\nmonths.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<blockquote style=\"font-size:100%\">\r\n<p>\r\n&ldquo;We welcome Nature Nate&#8217;s as our first tenant within Miller\r\nBusiness Park and<!--more-->\r\n\r\n congratulate them on the expansion of their\r\noperations,&rdquo; said Tom Call, chairman of the Valdosta-Lowndes\r\nCounty Development Authority. &ldquo;Having them located\r\nconveniently in this park will be an advantage and attraction to\r\nother industry prospects looking to locate in this park and our\r\nother parks nearby.&rdquo;\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>\r\nA ground breaking ceremony for the construction of the 30,000\r\nsquare-foot facility took place on December 15th at 10:00 am with\r\nnotable attendees that included: Mayor John Gayle, City of Valdosta,\r\nTom Call, Chairman, Valdosta\/Lowndes Dev. Auth. and Nathan Sheets,\r\npresident and CEO of Nature Nate&#8217;s. Expansion into Valdosta comes in\r\nresponse to the rapid growth of Nature Nate&#8217;s processing and\r\npackaging business, which provides retail customers with 100% pure,\r\nraw and unfiltered honey.
