\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nOnce County Planner Jason Davenport admitted the\r\nMAZ ULDC text amendments<\/a>\r\nweren’t ready (as he had indicated might happen at the same morning’s\r\n\r\nCounty Commission Work Session<\/a>),\r\nand the Planning Commission recommended tabling it 4:1,\r\nthe meeting was very brief, even with the\r\n\r\nSGRC Transportation presentation<\/a> (which they weirdly heard after<\/em>\r\nadjourning the meeting, even though it was on the agenda).\r\nThe\r\n\r\nDavid Brown Melody Lane rezoning<\/a>\r\nand the\r\n\r\nRon Borders Bemiss Road rezoning<\/a>\r\nflew through to 5:0 unanimous recommendations, with three Planning\r\nCommissioners absent.\r\n

\r\nThe\r\n\r\ncounty rezoning<\/a>\r\nisn’t on the County Commission agenda yet,\r\nand they will probably table the ULDC\r\nMAZ item at its meeting 5:30 PM tonight.\r\n
