\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nThey meet again tonight with\r\na bylaw amendment<\/a> scheduled, which is probably for extending officer terms to two years as Roy Copeland proposed<\/a>.\r\n(He first suggested that at least several years ago when he was re-elected Chairman.)\r\nAnd their nominating committee nominated\r\n\r\nthe same officers again<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nLots of\r\n\r\ndials showing targets and where they are in reaching them<\/a>,\r\nwhich is good, because I keep getting questions about what\r\nthey’re doing with all that tax money and are they doing enough\r\nto justify it.\r\n

\r\nOne citizen asked about the\r\n\r\nairport<\/a>\r\nand another (OK, me) handed out\r\nAlapaha River Water Trail brochures and once again suggested\r\n\r\nsolar panels at the airport<\/a>\r\nto turn that otherwise-unusable space into profit.\r\n
