\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nAttorney had to remind Commissioners that\r\n\r\na road abandonment<\/a> such as for Buck Cato Road\r\nrequires a public hearing.\r\nThey declared the\r\n\r\nsolid waste equipment surplus to be leased<\/a> to “prospective franchisees” such as DSS;\r\nCounty Manager said\r\n“we have the lease agreement here”, but did not put it on the county’s\r\nwebsite for the public to see.\r\nCounty agent arrived just in time to hear the Langdale bid accepted for\r\n\r\na truck for the Extension Service<\/a>.\r\nThey accepted\r\n\r\nthe Lee Office Supply bid<\/a> for Emergency Operations Center tables and chairs.\r\nAnd of course they approved the\r\n\r\nInterconnection of North Lowndes and Kinderlou Water Systems<\/a>\r\nand the\r\n\r\nGEFA Loan Modification<\/a>\r\nfor the Alapaha Water Treatment Plant.\r\nThey started\r\na minute late<\/a>. At the end, after\r\n\r\nthe County Manager\r\nhad no report<\/a>\r\nand no citizens wished to be heard,\r\nas usual they adjourned without a vote.\r\n
