Pilgrim nuclear reactor\nin a winter storm.\nAnd that&#8217;s not the first time this year.\nPlus, what will happen with sea level rise to that nuke on the coast?\n<\/p>\n<p>\nBeth Daley wrote for Boston.com this morning,\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.boston.com\/lifestyle\/green\/greenblog\/2013\/02\/pilgrim_nuclear_shuts_down_in.html\">\nPilgrim nuclear plant shuts down in storm<\/a>,\nPilgrim Station nuclear plant automatically shut down in the thick of the storm Friday night after losing power, according to a statement by Entergy, the plant&#8217;s owner.\n<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\nAuthorities said there is no danger and backup diesel generators are\npowering safety systems.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&#8220;The plant is in a safe, secure condition and will remain on backup\npower supply until off-site power is restored,&#8221;
