\r\n\r\n\"300x346<\/a>\r\nWhat has Lowndes Middle School done for water and sewer until now,\r\nwhen\r\n\r\nit’s finally asking to connect<\/a> to Valdosta utilities because\r\nLowndes County utilities are too far away? \r\nPlus two water well and septic rezonings on\r\nMt. Zion Rd<\/a>\r\nand\r\nTouchton Rd<\/a>,\r\nand\r\nwater and sewer for 24 acres of The Orchard at Stone Creek, Tillman Crossing Rd<\/a>.\r\nAnd\r\nUtility Relocation for the Replacement of Franks Creek Bridge on Morven Road<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nMany bids, including for\r\nPaving on Coppage Road<\/a>;\r\nstaff recommends the Scruggs bid.\r\n
