\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nThe County Manager said it’s “in the hands of the clerk, if you’d like to look at it” for at least two documents, so not only did\r\n\r\nthe agenda on the web<\/a> lack even the one-sheet agenda item writeups,\r\nCommissioners weren’t provided copies of contracts they were being asked to approve.\r\nThey vote this same evening, and the\r\nPlanning Commission also meets 5:30 PM Tuesday<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nThe GEFA Loan Modification<\/a>\r\nturns out to be about\r\n\r\n the Alapaha Water Treatment Plant\r\nloan approved 28 October 2014<\/a>\r\nfor which “an addendum was requested” in April that doesn’t change the total,\r\nonly the allocation of the funds due to additional engineering services.\r\n\r\nBoth sides of\r\nBuck Cato Road (CR 880)<\/a>\r\nare owned by Acree Investments and Chancy, who want it abandoned.\r\nThe\r\nvehicles they want to surplus and sell<\/a>\r\nseem to be mostly ones that were towed, plus County Manager Joe Pritchard\r\nwanted to add some solid waste disposal items.\r\nThey didn’t say who the other two bids were for the\r\n\r\n3\/4 Ton Truck for the Extension Service<\/a>,\r\nnor who else bid for the\r\n\r\nTables and Chairs for the Emergency Operations Center<\/a>.\r\n“Staff has requested” the\r\ninterconnection of the\r\n\r\nNorth Lowndes and Kinderlou Water Systems<\/a>.\r\nThey adjourned the Work Session after ten minutes, and they’ll vote tonight at 5:30 PM.\r\n
