The Environmental Protection\r\nAgency (EPA) identifies sites such as Perma Fix Explosion because\r\nthey pose or had once posed a potential risk to human health and\/or\r\nthe environment due to contamination by one or more hazardous\r\nwastes. Perma Fix Explosion is currently registered as an Active\r\nsuperfund site by the EPA.
