\r\nEven the agenda item PDF<\/a> doesn’t say, but\r\nFY 2016 HEAT Grant<\/a>\r\nfor the Sheriff’s Department\r\nis about\r\n\r\nHighway Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic<\/a> “to combat impaired and aggressive drivers,” with the purpose of reducing traffic fatalities.\r\nAnd the Juvenile Court wants to continue with its\r\n2015 Request for Proposal (RFP) Juvenile Justice Incentive Grant Program<\/a>.\r\n
