\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nThe County Planner said “I can’t tell you anything beyond that”\r\nabout why\r\nVallotton Farms \r\nis requesting rezoning to Estate Agriculture<\/a>,\r\nwhich is mysterious, since he (and the County Chairman)\r\nsat through the entire Planning Commission explanation\r\nby attorney Bill Langdale, several Planning Commissioners,\r\nand me: see the LAKE video\r\nof that GLPC item<\/a>.\r\nThe County Planner did say “we expect development” in that area.\r\nThey vote on their expectations tonight at 5:30 PM,\r\nalthough they have to listen to citizens for and against first.\r\n

\r\n\r\n\"300x225<\/a>\r\nI’d like to commend County Engineer Mike Fletcher for preserving the canopy\r\nin the plans for\r\nBoring Pond Road Phase III<\/a>.\r\n

\r\nThe\r\n\r\nVickers rezoning item<\/a>\r\nwas withdrawn by applicant,\r\nand the County Planner yesterday morning\r\nexplained that was because they’d worked out a way for the property\r\nto count as five acres so no rezoning was necessary.\r\nThe\r\n\r\nVickers<\/strike> Jennings rezoning to commercial<\/a> is still being considered.\r\nAlso discussed yesterday morning and to be voted on tonight at 5:30 PM are\r\n\r\nthree<\/a>\r\n\r\nwater-related<\/a>\r\n\r\nitems<\/a>,\r\na\r\nGeorgia Department of Agriculture Spay\/Neuter Grant Request<\/a>,\r\ntwo Sheriff’s requests (\r\nbody armor<\/a>,\r\nand\r\nHigh Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic (HEAT) Team grant<\/a>),\r\nanother paving items (Resurfacing of 3 County Roads (Howell Road, Whitewater Road and Ousley)<\/a>)\r\na\r\nFuel Island Upgrade<\/a>.\r\nThe\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nExecution of the Resolution for the Hazardous Waste Trust Fund<\/a>\r\nis about reimbursement for\r\n\r\nmonitoring of the closed Clyattville landfill<\/a>\r\nabout which\r\n\r\nthe county chooses to reveal very little<\/a>.\r\nLast I heard, the Sabal Trail methane pipeline was still proposed to go through\r\nthere with its hundred-foot right of way and 36-inch pipe.\r\nI wonder how that would affect monitoring?\r\n
