It helps all of us&#8230;.<br \/>\nIt is good for our children, our community.<\/p>\n<p>\nI want you to think about the health care cost that those bicycles can save.<br \/>\nIn the health care we have to pay, the hospitalization, the medical costs,<br \/>\nif we keep our bodies in good shape.<\/p>\n<p>\nYou have a grant in here now of about $75,000 to $100,000 &#8230; school money.<br \/>\nI can think of no finer way for those children than to walk the<br \/>\nsidewalk and to ride a bicycle.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>That&#8217;s right: Roy Taylor spoke in favor of a grant, and for bicycles.<br \/>\nBicyclers listened from the back before some of them spoke:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/98706376@N00\/sets\/72157628111972506\/\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border:none;\"   src=\"http:\/\/farm7.static.flickr.com\/6095\/6338003630_219e29cc7c.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\nGeorge Rhynes took this video, and here&#8217;s his comment on it:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nMr. Roy Taylor speaks on behalf of our children.
