It can also be used as a vehicle for leveraging existing\ncommunity strengths and diversifying local economies. In Georgia, small\nbusinesses are key to the state&#8217;s well-being. They account for a\nsignificant share of the state&#8217;s economic production and hiring.\nSmall firms make up 97.8% of the state&#8217;s employers.\n<p>\nCreating economic security in any community first begins with\nunderstanding the impact of fiscal responsibility.
