\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nIn the briefest Planning Commission meeting I can recall,\r\nStovall got her\r\n\r\nrezoning of 5.84 acres to General Commercial<\/a> on Oak Street Extension\r\nrecommended unanimously Monday 23 February 2015.\r\nIvy Gate subdivision’s second phase\r\n\r\nto rezone 10.33 acres to R-10 on Cat Creek Road<\/a>\r\nat\r\n\r\n4088 Cat Creek Road<\/a>\r\nwas also recommended unanimously.\r\nNobody spoke for or against either rezoning,\r\nand there was no discussion from Commissioners,\r\nother than a recommendation by Commissioner Wildes that all lots\r\nface interior roads for Ivy Gate.\r\n

\r\nAfter the rezonings,\r\n\r\nCommissioners joked that with a meeting so brief they might catch\r\nup with the County Commission<\/a>.\r\nCounty Chairman Bill Slaughter responded, “Actually, we just showed up\r\nto show you how to run a quick meeting.”\r\nThe difference is GLPC actually does discuss when there’s something to discuss.\r\nThese cases will show up on the County Commission agenda for March 10th,\r\nso we’ll see who takes longer on them then.\r\n
