{"id":12402,"date":"2015-02-24T20:43:02","date_gmt":"2015-02-25T01:43:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/?p=12402"},"modified":"2015-02-24T20:43:02","modified_gmt":"2015-02-25T01:43:02","slug":"rez-2015-02-devine-packet-materials-lcc-2015-02-24","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2015\/02\/rez-2015-02-devine-packet-materials-lcc-2015-02-24.html","title":{"rendered":"REZ-2015-02 Devine packet materials @ LCC 2015-02-24"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/govt\/loco\/2015-02-24--commission-packet\/2.24.15XmeetingXREZXcase-011.html\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none\" src=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/govt\/loco\/2015-02-24--commission-packet\/small\/2.24.15XmeetingXREZXcase-011.jpg\"><\/a>\r\nGretchen filed an open records request for all the natively-electronic\r\nmaterials from the board packet,\r\nespecially including\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2015\/02\/videos-dr-grow-devine-vlpra-lcc-2015-02-23.html#N-2015-Commission-Goals\">\r\nthe list of the Commission&#8217;s own goals<\/a>,\r\nbut\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/govt\/loco\/2015-02-24--commission-packet\/\">\r\nall we got<\/a> was the one rezoning item,\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2015\/02\/videos-dr-grow-devine-vlpra-lcc-2015-02-23.html#REZ-2015-02\">\r\nREZ-2015-02 Devine<\/a>\r\nfor the\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2015\/02\/videos-dr-grow-devine-vlpra-lcc-2015-02-23.html\">\r\n23 February 2015 Work Session<\/a>\r\nof the Lowndes County Commission.\r\nAt least they sent that much by email,\r\nbut even so it&#8217;s missing important information that I wonder if the Commissioners noted wasn&#8217;t there before they voted.\r\n<p>\r\nNew material in here,\r\ndifferent from <!--more-->\r\n\r\nwhen the same item was on the agenda\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2015\/02\/lcc-rezoning-items-packet-materials-lcc-2015-02-10.html\">\r\ntwo weeks before<\/a>, includes\r\na list of traffic accidents, a letter of opposition from another Stone Creek\r\nresident with a picture of traffic congestion,\r\na new map of lot size comparisons, and a table and bar graph of the same.\r\n<p>\r\nOne opposition letter is the same as last time, but two others from\r\nlast time were <em>not<\/em> included.\r\nI wonder if the Commissioners noted those omissions?\r\n<p>\r\nThe three standard color zoning maps appear to be the same content\r\nas last time, although the copies we got this time are sharper, brighter,\r\nand oriented square, like they&#8217;re actually from the electronic copy\r\nthis time instead of scanned from paper.\r\n<p>\r\nOnce again, now that the\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2015\/02\/devine-subdivision-returns-lcc-2015-02-23.html\">\r\nagenda item submission pages<\/a> are linked into the agenda,\r\nadd the rest of the board packet material in there and nobody would\r\neven have to make a request, and no staff would have to answer such requests.\r\n<p>\r\n -jsq\r\n<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Gretchen filed an open records request for all the natively-electronic materials from the board packet, especially including the list of the Commission&#8217;s own goals, but all we got was the one rezoning item, REZ-2015-02 Devine for the 23 February 2015 Work Session of the Lowndes County Commission.
