\r\n\r\n\"300x186<\/a>\r\nThe three maps arrived by email for the engineering items in\r\nthe Lowndes County Commission\r\nMonday Work Session and Tuesday Regular Session<\/a>.\r\nThe rest of the response to that Open Records request did not,\r\nso I’ll have to go back again<\/em> to pick up the rest of it on paper.\r\nAnd the other Open Records request, for \r\n\r\nthe rezoning items,\r\nI still have only on paper; no email for the maps or other items from that,\r\nso I guess I’ll have to scan it.\r\n

\r\n\r\n\"300x184<\/a>\r\nMeanwhile, here are the maps for\r\nthe Naylor Boat Ramp<\/a>,\r\nthe\r\n\r\nFrank’s Creek Bridge replacement<\/a> on Morven Road,\r\nand the proposed closing of\r\n\r\nDeloach Road<\/a>.\r\nThanks to Lowndes County Engineering for that much.\r\n

\r\n\r\n\"300x185<\/a>\r\nAnd if Lowndes County put agenda packet items such as these\r\non the web with their agendas, as\r\nmultiple counties in Georgia and elsewhere already do<\/a>,\r\nnot to mention our own local school boards,\r\nnobody would have to go through this open records rigmarole runaround\r\njust to get simple electronic copy of maps.\r\n

\r\nThat includes county staff wouldn’t have to spend time on this:\r\nput it on the web once and forget about it.\r\n
