\r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\nDr. Urbonas\r\n\r\nwithdrew half<\/a>\r\nand tried the other half, but got it\r\n\r\ndenied 5-1<\/a>,\r\nbecause Valdosta’s LDR doesn’t account for solar parking lots.\r\nEverything else was approved 6-0, including\r\n\r\nnomination of officers<\/a>.\r\n
