Quarterman, 2 December 2014\" src=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/b2436968277a00d5279cf5e2bfdb0c3c.jpg\"><\/a>\r\nPicking up where\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2014\/11\/sabal-trail-uses-vdt-to-threaten-eminent-domain.html\">the VDT left the MGAG Sabal Trail gas eminent domain story<\/a>,\r\nWinnie Wright waved the bloody letter on WCTV yesterday 2 December 2014,\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/home\/headlines\/One-Year-After-Sabal-Trail-Announces-Pipeline-Plans-Activists-Begin-Monthly-Protests-279974602.html\">New Sabal Trail Project Has Many South Georgia Residents Worried About Eminent Domain<\/a>,\r\nand after quoting <a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2014\/11\/sabal-trail-newspaper-assertions-contradicted-by-spectra-corporate-documents-and-ferc-filings-john-s-quarterman-to-ferc.html\">the eminent domain threat from that Sabal Trail attorney letter<\/a>, said:<!--more-->\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote style=\"font-size:100%\">\r\n<p>\r\nRodgers&#8217; attorney wrote a counter letter arguing that unless Sabal\r\nTrail provides gas in the State of Georgia, they cannot exercise\r\nEminent Domain rights in Georgia. They also argued that Georgia law\r\nrequires &#8220;special procedures&#8221; from pipeline companies. One of those\r\n&#8220;Special Procedures&#8221; being that the pipeline company would have to\r\nobtain a Certificate of Public Good and Necessity. Many are now\r\nwondering, with Sabal Trail installing two natural gas &#8216;taps&#8217; for\r\nMunicipal Gas Authority of Georgia, or MGAG, in Colquitt and\r\nDougherty counties this week, will they be able to cite Eminent\r\nDomain and force local land owners to hand over their property?\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n<a title=\"600x312 Andrea Grover backtracks, in Spectra backtracks about MGAG on WCTV, by John S.
