Ricketts said at their most recent regular meeting,\napparently what VLCIA is accepting bids for today is Phase 2, not Phase 1,\nof Infrastructure for Westside Business Park.\nI still give them credit for at least\n<a href=\"\/blog\/2012\/01\/special-industrial-authority-meeting-today-at-noon.html\">\nposting an announcement of today&#8217;s meeting on their website.<\/a>\n<p>\nThe red rectangle indicates the area of clearing and grading\nfor Phase 1 Infrastructure for Westside Business Park.\nCol.
