Expiration. If the Company has not issued the NTP by the expiration\nof the Term of the Option Agreement, then this Agreement shall expire\nand terminate, without any further liability on the part of any Party\nto the other, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement.\n<\/blockquote>\nThe current, second, extension term\n<a href=\"\/blog\/2012\/02\/how-the-industrial-authority-can-stop-the-cca-private-prison-no-third-extension-by-13-march-2012-.html\">\nexpires 13 March 2012,<\/a>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/topics\/incarceration\/cca\/pda-5.1.2.html\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none;\"   src=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/topics\/incarceration\/cca\/small\/pda-5.1.2.jpg\"><\/a>\none month from Monday.\nIf there&#8217;s no NTP and no third extension before then, there&#8217;s no private prison\n(see 5.1.2).\n<p>\nSo has VLCIA sent CCA\n<a href=\"\/blog\/2012\/02\/how-the-industrial-authority-can-stop-the-cca-private-prison-no-third-extension-by-13-march-2012-.html\">\nterms for a third extension option?<\/a>\nIf not, this thing may be over in a month and a few days.\nIf yes, what are those terms?\n<p>\n-jsq\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Update: Andrea Schruijer&#8217;s answer of 21 February 2012.
