The Georgia Water Coalition has named the proposed<br \/>\nSabal Trail pipeline as one of its Dirty Dozen for 2014, which<br \/>\nhighlights &ldquo;12 of the worst offenses to Georgia&#8217;s<br \/>\nwaters,&rdquo;
