The Greater Lowndes Planning Commission reviewed this request at their \r\nSeptember Regular Meeting and recommended approval with four conditions (9-0 \r\nvote). This request was tabled for two weeks at the October 7, 2014 Regular Meeting \r\nuntil the October 23, 2014 Regular Meeting. \r\n
        2. \r\nConsideration of an Ordinance to amend the Official Historic District Map of the City \r\nof Valdosta as requested by Alden Park Homeowners Association, Inc. (File No. HPC-\r\n2014-63). The property is located at 400 Baytree Road and is known as the Nichols \r\nHouse. The Historic Preservation Commission reviewed this request at their October 6, \r\n2014 Meeting and recommended approval (5-1 vote). \r\n
        3. \r\nConsideration of a request to close an alley between East Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive \r\nand Hudson Street. \r\n<\/ol>\r\n
