the electric meter he&#8217;s developed\nuses cellular technology to facilitate direct billing from\nsolar generator and customer.\nGretchen asked him what if they generate more than they use.\nDr. about\n<a href=\"\/blog\/2012\/02\/selling-solar-power-in-richmond-hill-lower-rates-for-customers-llc-2012-02-17.html\">\nthe parking lot out front where the panels\nhe just connected are located:<\/a> no shading there, and plenty of room for more solar panels.\n<p>\nDr. Smith said the best places for solar are where there is no shade\nand near power poles.\nGretchen asked how do you produce power, how do you get it from your system to Atlanta?\nWe&#8217;re actually building that system.\n<p>\nWe would put this meter here on\nsomeone&#8217;s business.\nWe would credit what we&#8217;re generating to the customer.\nThrough our software we would say &#8230;\npay the transmission company 1% or 2%&#8230;.\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\nHere&#8217;s\n<a
