The property is located at 602 Pine \r\nPoint Circle.\r\n\r\n The Greater Lowndes Planning Commission reviewed this request at their \r\nAugust Regular Meeting<\/a> and recommended approval with two conditions (7-0 vote). \r\n
        2. \r\n\r\nConsideration of an Ordinance for two Conditional Use Permits (CUP)<\/a>\r\nfor a flea market \r\nand an event center as requested by Mike Gung (File No. CU-2014-07). The property is \r\nlocated at 1409 North Ashley Street.\r\n\r\nThis case is recommended to be tabled for one month<\/a>. \r\n
        3. \r\n\r\nConsideration of an Ordinance to rezone 1.24 acres from Single-Family Residential (R-15) to Office-Professional (O-P)<\/a> as requested by the City of Valdosta (File No. VA-\r\n2014-08). The properties are located at 2413 and 2415 North Oak Street.\r\n\r\nThe Greater \r\nLowndes Planning Commission reviewed this request<\/a> at their August Regular Meeting \r\nand recommended approval (7-0 vote). \r\n
        4. \r\n\r\n<\/a>\r\n\r\nConsideration of an Ordinance to rezone 3.89 acres from Single-Family Residential (R-\r\n10) and Office-Professional (O-P) to Multi-Family Residential (R-M)<\/a> as requested by \r\nTurner Brooks, LLC (File No. VA-2014-07). The properties are located across the \r\nstreet from the Valdosta State University PE Complex at the northwest corner of \r\nBaytree Road and Azalea Drive.\r\n\r\nThe Greater Lowndes Planning Commission reviewed \r\nthis request<\/a> at their August regular meeting and recommended tabling for two months \r\n(5-2 vote). \r\n<\/ol>\r\n
