LDR solar parking lot @ ZBOA 2014-08-05"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2013\/09\/where-is-the-alapaha-water-treatment-plant.html\">\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right;border:none;width:300px\" src=\"http:\/\/farm3.staticflickr.com\/2817\/9666251722_3d1e7ce9c9_z.jpg\"><\/a>\r\nZBOA postponed\r\n<a href=\"#VAR-2014-08\">\r\nLowndes County&#8217;s Lake Alapaha water treatment plant variance<\/a>\r\nso the county could think about it some more,\r\npresumably related to that\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.l-a-k-e.org\/blog\/2013\/08\/no-bid-contract-for-alapaha-water-treatment-plant-lcc-2013-08-13.html\">no-bid contract for equipment upgrade<\/a>..\r\nTwo other county\r\n<a href=\"#Lowndes\">Lowndes County<\/a>\r\nvariances (<a href=\"#VAR-2014-08\">\r\nminimum side yard setbacks<\/a> (approved),\r\n<a href=\"#VAR-2014-09\">\r\nlot access<\/a> (denied).\r\nBoth of\r\n<a href=\"#VAR-2014-10\">\r\nDr. Urbonas&#8217;
